1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Simply Skills Ltd website and the booking and delivery of our training services. By accessing our website or booking a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

  • "We", "us", "our" refers to Simply Skills Ltd.
  • "You", "your" refers to the individual or organisation using our services.
  • "Services" refers to training courses, consultancy, and related services we provide.

3. Course Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Course fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices are as stated at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice for future bookings.
  • A booking is only confirmed once we have issued written confirmation and received payment (or agreed payment terms).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course date will receive a full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the course date will receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future course.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course date are not eligible for a refund, but may be transferred to a future date at our discretion.
  • If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

5. Attendance & Certification

  • Delegates must attend the full duration of the course to be eligible for certification.
  • Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course and any required assessments.
  • Replacement certificates may be issued for a nominal administrative fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content on this website, and branding are the intellectual property of Simply Skills Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without our prior written consent.

7. Liability

We endeavour to deliver all courses to the highest standard. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Data Protection

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
